«Adventica» launches loyalty program.

The Adventica loyalty program lets you collect stamps for every visit and receive a free 6th visit.

For each child’s visit, you will receive 1 stamp. After collecting 5 stamps, you will receive a free all-day visit as a reward. By joining the Adventica loyalty program, you will not only collect stamps, but also be the first to hear about special offers, discounts, and events. It’s a great way to spend more time with your family at your favorite entertainment park while saving on future visits.

To use the program, simply join the Adventica digital loyalty program on your phone and show it at the cash register before entering the park. A stamp will be added automatically for every paid child entry. Stamps are valid for 6 months, and your loyalty card is stored on your phone via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Adventica Loyalty Card Terms of Use:

  1. General Information

1.1. The Adventica Loyalty Card (hereinafter – the Loyalty Card) is a free digital loyalty program organized by Adventica (hereinafter – the Organizer).
1.2. Participation in the Loyalty Card program is voluntary and free of charge.
1.3. By registering for and using the Loyalty Card, the participant agrees to these Terms of Use.

  1. Eligibility

2.1. The Loyalty Card is available to all Adventica visitors.
2.2. Registration must be completed by a child’s parent or legal guardian.
2.3. The Loyalty Card is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2.4. The Loyalty Card and its benefits cannot be used for organized group events or group visits, including but not limited to birthday parties, school visits, kindergarten visits, summer camps, or similar organized activities.

2.5. Children under the age of six (6) must be accompanied by an adult while visiting the Adventica park.

  1. Loyalty Card Format

3.1. The Loyalty Card is fully digital and issued via Google Wallet or Apple Wallet.
3.2. Physical (plastic or paper) cards are not issued.
3.3. Each Loyalty Card is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with others.

  1. Stamp Collection Rules

4.1. One stamp is awarded for each paid child visit to the Adventica park.
4.2. Stamps are granted per child visit, regardless of the number of accompanying adults.
4.3. If more than one child visits at the same time, stamps are awarded accordingly.
4.4. Stamps are added automatically after a valid visit.

4.5. Stamps are granted only at the cash register at the time of ticket purchase, before entering the park. Stamps cannot be added retroactively or after entering the park.

  1. Rewards and Redemption

5.1. After collecting five (5) valid stamps, the participant receives one (1) free child visit.
5.2. The free visit can be used during the next or any future visit.

5.3. The free visit:

  • is valid for a standard child entry ticket only,
  • has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money,
  • cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.

    6. Stamp Validity and Expiration

    6.1. Each stamp is valid for six (6) months from the date it was received.
    6.2. Stamps older than six (6) months expire automatically.
    6.3. Expired stamps cannot be restored, transferred, or compensated.

  1. Registration and Personal Data

7.1. To register for the Loyalty Card, participants must scan a QR code and complete a short registration form.
7.2. The following data may be collected during registration:

  • child’s name and date of birth,
  • parent’s or legal guardian’s contact details.

7.3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
7.4. Adventica is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided.
7.5. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Adventica’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Misuse

8.1. Adventica reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Card in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or system manipulation.
8.2. In such cases, accumulated stamps or rewards may be cancelled without compensation.

  1. Program Changes

9.1. Adventica reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Card program at any time.
9.2. Changes will be communicated through official Adventica channels.
9.3. Continued use of the Loyalty Card after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Liability

10.1. Adventica is not responsible for technical issues, system failures, or temporary unavailability of the Loyalty Card caused by third-party services (including digital wallet providers).
10.2. Adventica is not responsible for lost benefits due to expired stamps or failure to follow these terms.
